Optimum 425R Review: Optimum Technologies 425R-6 Rug Gripper Non-Slip Rug Tape. I have tried many different ways to keep my area rugs from moving and slipping, and they all have failed. I tried one box of Optimum Technologies Rug Tape and my rugs stopped moving, slipping and shifting!! It does take a lot of tape to keep the rugs from moving, but it's worth it.
