Nikon 7227 Review: Nikon Action 7-15x35 Zoom Binocular. I've owned several binoculars prior to this type, this is my 2nd Nikon, the first one being the regular Action 7X35. As with any Nikon optical product, the optics of these binoculars are superb. The Bak-4 High Index Prism optics offer sharp,detailed images with little or no distortion. And the sharpness is amazing. The optics enhances the images and with the 7-15x magnification, there is very little you cannot magnify.
